What does “professionally refurbished” mean?+
Our phones are restored by a professional refurbishing company. They arrive in brand-new cosmetic condition and in perfect working order.
How much does it cost?+
$149.00 per phone. Sales tax (6.625%) is only charged on orders shipping to New Jersey. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the speed you choose — standard shipping is free on orders of 3 or more phones.
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (a small surcharge applies to those destinations).
Can I return the phone?+
Yes. Unused phones can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (you pay return shipping). Every phone also has a 30-day warranty against defects. See our Returns & warranty page for details.
