30-day returns on unused phones

Changed your mind? You can return an unused phone within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the phone price and sales tax.

• The phone has to be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with everything it came with.
• You pay the cost of return shipping. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
• We refund your original payment method once we receive and inspect the phone.

30-day warranty

If your phone stops working properly within 30 days of delivery, we repair or replace it, or give you a refund if a replacement isn’t available. We cover the shipping for warranty claims.

The warranty covers defects and malfunctions. It doesn’t cover accidental damage such as drops, cracked screens or water damage, or damage from misuse.

How to start a return or warranty claim

1. Contact us with your name, order details and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions, usually within one business day.
3. Pack the phone securely and send it back. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
